Healthcare Technology Company  is now hiring a Corporate Controller to join our Finance  team.  This is a Hybrid  position and the person will be responsible for multiple functions within the department. We seek a detail-oriented and highly experienced Corporate Controller to join our team. If you're passionate about financial accuracy, process improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment—this role is for you! 

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our finance team, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of accounting responsibilities including:

  • Lead all accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, revenue recognition and general ledger.
  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, ASC-606 and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Oversee external audits and liaise with auditors and the CFO.
  • Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline reporting and controls.
  • Support financial aspects of contracts, grants, and vendor agreements.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
  • CPA required.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or leadership role.
  • Industry background in Healthcare,  SaaS/technology strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP , ASC-606 and compliance.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Maxio,..etc.
  • Experience with multi-currency and multi subsidiary consolidations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams.
  • Must live locally and be able to reliably commute to our MA office on a hybrid basis.

Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
