Position Overview
PaxeraHealth is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Business Development professional to support regional growth across Africa and the Levant. The role will focus on expanding market presence, supporting strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and strengthening channel performance within the healthcare IT and medical imaging sectors.
The ideal candidate brings strong regional market knowledge, healthcare IT experience (preferably in PACS/RIS/VNA/Enterprise Imaging), and proven success in managing distributors and strategic partners.

PaxeraHealth is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Business Development professional to support regional growth across Africa and the Levant. The role will focus on expanding market presence, supporting strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and strengthening channel performance within the healthcare IT and medical imaging sectors.
The ideal candidate brings strong regional market knowledge, healthcare IT experience (preferably in PACS/RIS/VNA/Enterprise Imaging), and proven success in managing distributors and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Support and execute regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
- Drive direct and channel-based sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors and system integration partners across the region.
- Contribute to partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, ensure meeting set KPIs, and ensure revenue target achievement.
- Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Manage key regional accounts and strategic healthcare groups.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Coordinate with global sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Represent the company at regional and international healthcare conferences and exhibitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record in international business development
. - Strong experience managing distributors and channel partners.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a strong advantage.
- Ability to travel across the region as business needs require.
