This is a remote position and the person will be responsible for multiple functions within the department. We seek a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our finance team, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of accounting responsibilities including:

Leading month-end close activities: journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Consolidating multi-entity and multi-currency financials
Managing revenue accounting including deferred revenue and subscription invoicing
Preparing and reviewing GAAP-compliant financial statements
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensuring accurate balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve billing and revenue processes
Assisting in audit preparation, tax filings, and special projects
Mentoring junior team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of accounting experience
Hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise (required)
Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model
Familiarity with GAAP and multi-currency consolidation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial systems
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting or leading financial audits
Knowledge of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
Prior experience working in a startup or scaling company

Skills and Abilities:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
