About the Role
We are looking for a Flutter developer to join our engineering team in a hybrid setup. You will play a key role in developing scalable, high-performance mobile applications that support innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Ensure applications comply with healthcare data security and standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in mobile application development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or medical imaging domains (e.g., PACS, DICOM).
  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
  • Experience with state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, and Riverpod).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (unit, widget, and integration testing).
